The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1.Hot Dogs
Because they are high in nitrates,the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month.If you can't live without hot dogs,buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2.Precessed meats and bacon

Yes!I just came back from Gohtong Sport just now,Pass 3days dint blogging...Mizz my Computer~ Actually today never think that wanna blogging,tired!As last i choose to update some thing.kekex...Family Camp pass so fast,4days 3 night (24oct-27oct) and i mizz the cold feeling...zzz...Yesterday Shang Hai night many nice costume,of course Pretty Girl/Women and Handsome Boy/Men.And also i saw some silly costume...==" but really funny =) Afterthat we watch a pass 15years old Petra GC slide show,nice picture.And it was bitterly cold yesterday night,i like it...i like the weather,natural cold~ ^^ 2am plus i slept and today 7am plus woke up,a bit sleepy in lecture =p and i really tired now,soon going to rest....=) will upload photo,if i get those at Gohtong picture ya..so HOT here!!

Final Exam!

Chicago McDonald's Billboard

The giant egg billboard starts cracking and opening up in the wee hours of morning. By breakfast time, the egg has already hatched, and you can see 'Fresh Eggs Daily' written on the egg's yolk.

The egg stays open from 6:00AM till 10:30AM, to indicate the availability of fresh eggs during that time. Once the breakfast time is finished, the egg billboard shuts and stays closed as a whole egg till the next morning.

Potluck today with Group Gideon at zun hong house...Around 5.45pm we reached zun hong condo,a nice place...LOL...And with some friends go downstairs swimming...Afterthat,7.15pm went to change clothings and go back zun hong house and was many food there...yummy~ Makan,chitz-chatz and also watching Ah Long and Kung Fu Panda.Kung Fu Panda i only watch a while,could play UNO with munteng,jenny,yenteng,eemay and zun zang till 09.30pm.And is time to go back home...Owh~~the time was pass so fast!!!09.55pm im reached home,kinda tired one...zzzz sleepy...going to bed soon..thats all for today ^^
